API RP 80 (R2013)

API RP 80, developed by an Industry Coalition that included representatives from over twenty petroleum industry associations, provides a functional description of onshore gas gathering pipelines for the sole purpose of providing users with a practical guide for determining the application of the definition of gas gathering in the federal Gas Pipeline Safety Standards, 49 CFR Part 192, and state programs implementing these standards.
